FOR ARTRA SELLERS, LANDLORDS, BUYERS, OR TENANTS:

In this pandemic time, Sellers & Landlords will definitely take a longer time to find buyers & tenants. Due to restriction imposed on traveling, we have much less pool of buyers. Also in view of the economic crisis, buyers will take a longer time to commit. As buyers who have purchasing power expect substantial price correction, sellers on the other side don’t blink as they have holding power. Any seller who is serious to sell, will have to price it realistically.

As for Landlords, with fewer employment in the market, units will take a while to find tenants. Nearby project Queens Peak has just obtained its TOP. Some prospective tenants have secured units there, hence reduces the pool of tenants further. Assuming ARTRA will obtain its TOP in June/July, we are hopeful that the market will open up gradually & by then we will see some movements for the transactions be it for sale or rent.
